Getting to Giulianova

The meeting venue and the city center—with most hotels—are located about 1 km from the train and bus station. Once you arrive at the station, you can easily take a taxi, a shuttle bus, or even walk.

By Air (Rome Airports)

Giulianova is approximately 200 km from Rome and is connected to Rome’s airports (Fiumicino International Airport and Ciampino Airport) by bus services. Several bus companies operate multiple daily trips from these airports to Giulianova. We recommend Gaspari Bus (visit Gaspari Bus) since they provide a direct connection from the airports to the Giulianova train station. Other companies, such as FlixBus, may stop near a highway toll plaza, which will require a taxi or local bus ride to reach the city center. Additionally, many bus services depart from Rome’s Tiburtina or Termini train stations if you arrive by train.

By Train

Giulianova has a train station on the Adriatic line that is well connected with Bologna. For those traveling by train, please refer to Trenitalia for schedules and further details. If you’re coming from Bologna, you can easily reach Giulianova by train. Alternatively, if arriving at Bologna Airport, you can take the Marconi Express to the train station and then catch a train to Giulianova.

From Pescara Airport

Giulianova is about 40 km from Pescara Airport (primarily served by Ryanair, more details available at Abruzzo Airport). Once you arrive at Pescara Airport, you can take public transportation to the Pescara train station and then board a train to Giulianova—a journey of approximately 40 minutes.
